Kline Hardin was the Design Architect and the Construction Architect and provided full architectural services from Scope to Budget / Conceptual Design through Construction Administration and Close-out.

Project Details:

This project focused on the expansion of the existing Wellness Center in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The primary function of the space was to encourage fitness in the community. The reception area was overcrowded and backed by public lockers, an ill-fitting placement for security reasons. To resolve this issue, the two spaces were separated by centralizing the reception, giving staff a larger work area and lockable storage. The lockers, no longer blocked by the reception, were now easily accessible for the community and without the potential breach of information. The sports flooring, rubber base, and paint color all cohesively blended into the original building, unifying the new wing. 

The project consists of a combination of Addition and Renovation to the existing Choctaw Broken Bow Wellness Center. The scope of work included:

• Expand the Crossfit Area

• Provide a new weight training area

• Re-roof the facility

• Expand the fire sprinkler system to cover the entire building
