Project Details:

The project consists of a combination of Expansion and Renovation to the existing Choctaw Nation Health Clinic in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The main goals of the expansion were to accommodate Family Practice, Employee Health, Administration, Community Health / WIC, Radiology, Pharmacy, Lab, and support spaces.
