Relevant Project Features

A new 15,665 SF Auto Dealership facility, for Jay Hodge Chevrolet.  Implementing Chevrolet’s Design Image and store prototype requirements. The challenge of this project was to include all amenities and required spaces into a mini facility.

General Scope and concept:

• 2000 SF Show room with Chevrolet Image.

• 6 Service Reception/Drop bays and service adviser area.

• 8 Fully Equipped Service Bays with pneumatic lifts, power tools and overhead service lines of fluids.

• Customer Lounge, Snack Bar and Restrooms.

• Parts department with parts counter, cashier, offices, and parts mezzanine storage.

• Office area including service advisers, general manager, and finance offices.

• Carwash bay

• All site improvements and parking lots for new and use car lots.
